Working To Make The Probate Process

As Seamless As Possible

Soon after your loved one has passed away, you will likely need to work with a lawyer to assist you with the estate administration process. The probate process in Kentucky takes at least six months before property and asset distribution. When you work with our team, we will gather the documentation that is necessary to start the probate and explain what your role in the process will be. Throughout the entire process, we will be available to answer questions and address your concerns.

If there are disputes about the estate or a contest of a will or trust, we will work to resolve the dispute outside the courtroom with skillful negotiations. If necessary, we are not afraid to litigate matters in order to protect our clients' rights.

For compassionate, straightforward representation, please contact our law firm. Our attorneys stand ready to help you through the probate process with guidance and support. Contact us at 270-524-4529 to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
